摘要：The senior living community is a newly sprouted thing under the aging wave in China. Local governments and many developers have been actively involved in the construction of senior living communities. This paper analyzes the problems of planning and construction of existing senior living communities. Then, based on authors' research and design practices, it provides some planning principles on senior communities' including site selection, scale, road system, building functions and layout etc..%養老社區是當前老齡化發展浪潮下的新興事物,各地方政府和開發商都在積極開展養老社區建設.本文針對目前市場上養老社區的主要類型,分析了其規劃建設中存在的問題,結合筆者近年的研究成果和設計實踐經驗,以綜合型養老社區為例,從選址與規模、道路與交通組織、建筑功能與布局形式等幾個方面給出了相應的規劃原則與設計建議.
摘要：Urban-rural integration is a significant strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council in light of the new development background. Due to urban-rural integration planning's nature and characteristics, it should undertake the due obligations to lead the urban-rural integration countrywide. The effect of the urban-rural integration directly depends on the planning's scientific drawing up and effective implementing. This paper argues that a scientific urban-rural integration planning should begin with understanding Chinese situation, and it is necessary to correctly understand the strategic significance of urban-rural integration, comprehensively master its working features and be fully aware of the urban rural integration planning's historical responsibility.%城鄉統籌是黨中央和國務院在新的發展背景下,作出的重大戰略決策.城鄉規劃的性質和特點決定了引領城鄉統籌是城鄉統籌規劃不可推卸的歷史責任,對其能否進行科學編制和有效實施直接決定了城鄉統籌工作的成效.本文認為,科學開展城鄉統籌規劃首先應當從中國國情認識其內涵,需要正確理解城鄉統籌的戰略意義,需要全面掌握城鄉統籌的工作特點,需要切實明確城鄉統籌規劃的歷史責任.

摘要：The traffic congestion is not only a social problem but also an issue about livelihood. To solve this problem, the key is to change from "car based" to "people-oriented" with focus on fair road rights and equalization of public service resources. Based on the understanding above, this paper puts forward some policy recommendations such as prior road right of public transport, limiting the use of private cars by economic levers, development of multi-level public transport system, improving slow traffic system, advocating green travel and friendly driving, achieving equalization of public resources and so on.%城市交通擁堵問題首先是一個社會問題,更是一個民生問題,問題的解決應實現從“以車為本”向“以人為本”的轉變,核心是公平分配路權和公共服務資源均等化.在這樣的認識基礎上,本文提出一些政策建議,如:公共交通路權優先；經濟杠桿限制小汽車使用；發展多層次的公共交通系統；完善慢行交通系統；倡導綠色出行、友好駕駛；實現公共資源均等化等.
