摘要：Comparing with the chemical analysis, X-ray fluorescence analysis has feature of more efficiency and lower cost. With proper technique, X-ray fluorescence analysis can substitute the chemical analysis in a certain extent to rapidly get the ultimate composition and the content of the drilling cores. The berehole cores of ZKI601 and ZKI2101 at Huang Shaping are measured, and the variation relationship between the contents of Cu, As, Ca, Cr, Fe, Mn, Ni, Ph, Sr, Ti,W, Ph, Zn, with the depth are given. And combining with geophysical and geochemical exploration, the enrichment depth of copper mine and the other elements are successfully delimited. That X-ray fluorescence analysis is effective in measurement of drilling cores.%與化學分析相比,x熒光分析具有更加快捷、成本低廉的優點.只要技術方法得當,X熒光分析能在一定程度上替代化學分析,從而快速獲取鉆孑L巖芯的元素組成及含量.對黃沙坪ZK1601,ZK12101的取樣巖芯進行測量,得到cu,As,ca,cr,Fe,Mn,Ni,Sr,Ti,W,Pb,Zn 多種元素的含量隨深度的變化情況,結合物探、化探,成功圈定了銅礦和其他元素富集地段,證明了X熒光分析技術在鉆孔巖芯測量中的有效性.
