摘要:對上海12所四種類型高校輔導員調查表明,輔導員的年齡、學歷與專業結構仍然不盡合理,職業認同感和歸屬感仍然較低:30歲以下的輔導員比例教學型高校最高達81.6%,高職院校最低為71%;本科以下學歷的比例高職院校最高達61.3%,最低為教學型高校為7.9%;非思政等相關專業背景的輔導員比例教學研究型高校最高達60.7%,高職院校最低為35.5%。%Surveys of advisors conducted in 12 colleges and universities of 4 different types in Shanghai reveal that the age, educational background and professional structures of the group are still less than rational and they in general lack the sense of professional identity and belonging. The percentage of advisors 30 years old or below is the highest in learning- oriented universities, accounting for 81.6 %, and the lowest in vocational colleges, accounting for 71%, whereas the percentage of advisors with no more than undergraduate education is the highest in vocational colleges and the lowest in learning - o-riented universities, accounting for 61.3% and 7.9% respectively. Learning--and research- oriented universities have the most advisors with educational background in majors other than ideology and po-litical science, up to 60.7% while the vocational college have the least, 35.5%.
